Team 1 — St. John's Orchard Park

Chris Lowe

After working with students at St Helen's Bishopsgate in London for 4 years, Chris trained for ministry at Oak Hill College in Cockfosters. Ordained in 2008, Chris served as Assistant Minister at Christ Church Cambridge before leading the small team which began St John's Orchard Park in 2012.

Married to Meg, and with two teenage daughters, Chris enjoys running, cycling, Saturday evening curries and all things French.

Christine Simpson

Christine has been involved in church ministry since 2017. Her last job was as a women’s worker at St. Helen’s Bishopsgate where she trained and worked from 2020 to 2024. She joined St. John’s Orchard Park along with husband Ben and son Caleb in summer 2025.

Christine is an avid crocheter, and also enjoys history, countryside walks, and anything with cheese!
